actually I haven't. I never read the rules - sometimes it gets
   me in trouble, but usually I'm ok. Most forum rules are similar
   and I'm pretty self-regulating. Most people don't notice the
   rules until they violate them and it's pointed out to them. Then
   they're surprised. But, like the law, you posted it. You can't
   make them read and understand, but you CAN hold them to it,
   whatever their complaints are when you hold them to it.
