^a long day, but a good day. Took 12 hours (with short breaks
   for lunch and dinner) to get done everything I had to do today.
   Funny thing is: I know I wore out two cordless phone batteries,
   found I had 27 browser windows open (I'm a research-aholic -
   need instant answers to obscure questions), yet I can't name a
   single thing I did. Satisfying just the same.^
