I've been waiting for this. Got really annoying. They even
   changed the output of cells phones to "super-weak" on the "just
   in case" they might cause cancer. Sure - better safe than sorry
   - but it made expensive cell phones with expensive service have
   very weak power outputs - when they USED to be a full 3 watts
   and could blast through anything. Of course, you had to have
   them installed in your car or it looked like a shoe on your ear
   - but batteries HAVE gotten better and smaller since then. "
