it was a simple book, had a simple message (I took it to heart
   and use it) and it works. I like the technique used in a lot of
   books in the 90's and today in the "how to get rich" category.
   they all say the same things in different ways - and all become
   best sellers because they follow the same working formula - and
   they can all be summed in Stocks, Start a business, Own
   Businesses (buy/sell businesses for really big money), Real
   Estate (1st rent house, then houses, then multi-family, then
   apartments). Love it - I love good marketing/advertising. they
   may not be the literary giants of the day but, like romance
   novels, they definitely have the audience. "
