I've been battling repeated multi-day headaches recently. I blame it on the heat. The last few weeks, the local temperature has mostly been 93°F to about 108°F, according to Accuweather and the Weather Underground. Most nights, our low humidity means that temperatures drop into the 60s or 70s most nights. One night, it even dropped into the upper 50s. The house, however, stays much warmer. The clock in my room has its own thermometer, which rarely goes below 85°F. The heat makes it difficult to fall asleep and difficult to stay asleep once I am sleeping. The lack of sleep causes headaches. On particularly hot days, I think the heat itself causes headaches. Anyway, I've been working on rebuilding my VPS, but headaches and other things have really slowed that down. "Other things." That's a hugely vague term. Maybe the next posting will be about some of these other things.
