Soft Skills are skills to work with other people. 

Lone Wolf Members 
  - Negative to feedback
  - Sole maintainer, and resistant to sharing
  - Doesn't play well with others.
  - They don't produce code really, they're producing technical debt.

Software Engineering is about people at their core
  - Style, Naming Convention, Practices
  - These are about working with other people. The compiler doesn't care. 
 
 Dan Abramov thinks that soft skills are important too.

Growth Mindset vs fixed mindset;

Empathy has 4 components, perspective taking, non-judgemental, recognizing emotions, communicate understanding

Avoid "at least", changing the subject, or tryign to sovle, or talkigna bout your own experiences in a detractive way. 
Try instead - acknowledge the feelings, thank for sharing, ask what they need or what they are feeling.

Here's a neat quick tip:
  - How long have you been doing X?
  - Z yers
  - How old are you ? N 
  - Ok you are a level N Human and level Z person. 
  - How good were you at Human at Z level?
