Today is a working day, and so here I am it's just after lunch for
me. I have an urgent event come up at work, so now I get to write
an xlsx parser and hope that nothing blows up while I resolve the
issue. To stay sane my side project is going to be to get AWX
running. If I can get ansible going I'm pretty sure I can get rid
of like 80 percent of the mundane requests I handle.

Here's the more fun personal stuff.

Drank, more than I should have again. Once I say yes to one drink
it seems to be a quick ride down to three or five or more.  I also
ate like garbage after I drank, so I need to work on that. It was
nice to see so many people I knew at the Cap City mic. I believe
that I'm going to have to start phlogging about the comedy shows
I go to, as I'm getting restless again. I'll either phlog about
it, or finally write some jokes and hit up a mic. I don't know the
fear of rejection is really strong in me. So I had to go to HEB
after the show, and they have blocked Burnet at Anderson. I didn't
get any notice about it, but it really cramped my route.  I went
to the store and grabbed some lean meat, and veggies. Took them
home and made a hash of ground sirloin, diced cauliflower, onions,
garlic, and a serrano. I have come to really appreciate the serrano
pepper. I rubbed my forehead while chopping the pepper, and spent
a bit of time cooling off my head. By the time all this had happened
it was nearly midnight. I had set my alarms for 4:30 because time
change had just happened, and I thought I could use the extra hour
at work. Alas, my body didn't want to wake up at 4, then at 5 I
woke up and answered an email. At 5 I was so groggy, but I knew I
should get going to gym class.  I set a series of iPhone alarms,
and promptly slept or snoozed them all until 7:00. This would be
fine except I have gym class at 7:30. I rushed over and got here
just in time.  When getting dressed I realized I was wearing a
stained and dirty shirt, son of a b. I emailed my boss, and headed
home. I changed clothes and headed back. Traffic was garbage.

My freedom box was delivered this morning! I haven't gotten home
