# 2025-08-01 - Neighborhood wildlife report

I've been taking walks with my daughter in the evenings after dinner, and we
count wild rabbits and deer in our neighborhood.

We usually see 5-8 rabbits per night. And there are a few deer that run around
too.

Tonight we saw 9 rabbits and 1 deer.

Next week I'll be in St. Louis for work. I wonder if I will see any rabbits.
