LIVING UNDERGROUND

I don't think it would ever occur to me to revamp a pool into an
underground living space [

But the idea is considerably cool.

Both figuratively and literally.  A home underground would maintain a
relatively stable temperature year-round, saving on considerably on heating
and cooling costs.  Of course, I don't know how well it would stand up to
harsher New England winters with frost heaves.

I think someone needs to try out the idea though.  It would go well with
the business I mentioned earlier [
