GREAT HOUSING SEARCH OVER

I haven't meant to decrease my rate of posting, but with everything getting
so busy suddenly it has been somewhat unavoidable.  There's been a lot to
do lately.  This post is rehashing some of that information as well as
giving some updates.

So I think most everyone knows by now, but my fiancee and I found a
location that we liked and put an offer down on it.  That offer was
accepted and signed as of yesterday.  So, the relative timetable for the
next month or two goes like this:

	* Within 10 days: get location inspected.

	* July 18th: provide proof of financing.

	* July 28th: close on sale.

	* End of July/Beginning of August: move everything.  Be broke.


Not really liking the broke part, but it seems to be the way things will go
for a little while.  Compounding this fact is that ILMA also appears to
have a home in the B&G club in Nashua, and that opening there will require
some regular financial support from me until the school gets on its feet. 
My business partner and I still have a couple of sites left to inquire
about, but with the rate that things have been going up to now I suspect
the B&G club will remain the best offer we have.  If that is the case, then
ILMA's official opening date will likely be August 4th.

So yes, things look to stay busy.  I will keep updating here as the status
on things change, and hopefully resume my normal posting routine.

Incidentally, if anyone is around to move stuff on the last weekend this
month we could use your help.  Trucks are appreciated, as we have a number
of large pieces of furniture that need shifting about.
