SOFTWARE CHOICES

Today I came across a nifty site [ http://alternativeto.net/ ]
[alternativeto.net] that provides a method of finding different software
packages to accomplish whatever task that you're looking for.

So, for example, you could enter the name of the music player in their
search box, and get back a collection of alternative music players that you
could use instead.

As a free software junkie, I think this is really cool.  Helps me to find
alternatives to different packages that I don't like or think could be done
better.
