LARGE ENVELOPE

There's a rule of thumb when you apply to an institute of higher education.
 It goes like this:

	* If they send back a little envelope, you got rejected.

	* If they send back a large envelope, you got accepted.


Yesterday I got a large envelope back from NESA.
