Spotify

A month or so ago, I redeemed a Spotify gift card, giving me a few months
of Spotify Premium usage. It's glorious! I like listening to both old and
new music, and Spotify lets you do so easily and without fuss, but with
premium all the advertising goes away, and you can play albums "in order".
It feels more endless.

I'm presently exploring a public playlist titled "Ambient/Drone", and the

I remember a co-worker a few years ago saying to me "you could not afford
to build a library of every piece of music that you would ever want to
listen to, but with streaming you can access such a library!" I think he's
right! When my gift card subscription runs out, I may just continue paying.
