Recipe 1 pound large grind venison 1 cup chopped onions 1 cup chopped bell pepper 8 oz chopped tomatoes 8 oz can rotel tomato 1/2 cup chili powder 1/3 cup paprika 4 cup beef stock or water Salt and pepper to taste Saute onions and peppers until soft Add seasoning and cook 5 minutes Add meat and cook until brown Add beef stock and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour Thicken with roux if u desire a thicker chili ENJOY WITH CORNBREAD OR CRACKERS
