This is a simple flavorful recipe for good old fried chicken 


Recipe 
5# chicken cut up 
3 eggs 
1/4 cup Louisiana hot sauce 
1 cup buttermilk 
Kosher salt 
White pepper 


Mixed eggs buttermilk and hot sauce together 
Add to seasoned chicken in large bowl 

Let marinate in fridge for 8-24 hours 
Remove chicken from fridge and drain 
Bread in all purpose flour 
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown 
15 minutes on each side
