Ingredients 5 bunch mustard/collard greens 1 cup white vinegar 2 tbls salt and pepper 4 ea ham hocks 1 cup chopped onions Instructions Clean and wash greens In large pot add water, vinegar ,onion and ham HOCKS Simmer for 45 minutes or until meat is tender Remove meat and add greens Add salt and pepper and simmer until greens are tender Add ham HOCKS back to pot and simmer an additional 10 minutes ENJOY!!
