Ingredients 8 ea sliced peaches 11/2 cup granulated sugar 24 oz pineapple juice 6 oz butter 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 2 oz cornstarch(slurry)i Instructions Combine all ingredients ( except cornstarch)in pot and bring to a boil Add cornstarch and let thicken Simmer for 5 minutes Remove from stove and pour in baking dish with pie shell Top with pie shell Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar Cook in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown ENJOY!!!
