Early yesterday, as I was going through various phlog aggregators and 
reading updates from accross the Gopherspace, I was given a pleasant 
surprise: my phlog was listed in Bongusta! Now, I realize this 
probably isn't some sort of comment on quality or anything, but I must 
say that I'm very happy to see my work appear there, so a big thank-you 
to logout for that.


This is a bit different from my other posts, and to be honest, I doubt 
the phlog has that many readers to begin with, but I wanted to share a 
few brief updates.


1. I've decided to get rid of The Subduction Zone, and roll my 
commentary pieces (well, piece so far) into The Phocus, though my 
complete gopherhole will still be The Phault.


2. I'm looking at setting up my own gopher server, though I have no 
experience with servers whatsoever, so this may very well not happen, 
or may be some time from now. Even if I do, I'll likely somehow 
maintain my SDF account as a mirror to the server.


3. I really want to make my pieces into a conversation with you, the 
reader, so please feel free to email me at my email address, 
segfaultline@sdf.org. I'll also post any responses I receive (with 
permission), in an effort to keep the discussion going.


This was just a bit of a break from my regular posts. I'll keep writing 
posts sharing my thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and I look 
forward to hearing all of your comments.
