Well this is certainly one for the books, as I sit here typing
this phlog entry my house has been without power for over an
hour. I am tethered to my companies iPhone hotspot wondering when
this fun will end.

Normally this wouldn't be an issue, I would just go to bed but
since I have severe sleep apnea, I need power to sleep.  Vader
mode just doesn't happen without power.

Outside it is quickly becoming a wintery ice encased hell and yet
there is no word yet of school closings? Even a hint of snow? Fuck
it, lets close!

In other news, I have been refamiliarizing myself with the tin
usenet reader. I've been shocked to actually find groups with
active content. My first reply to a post was bounced back as a
failure so I am not sure what to make of that.  Experimentation
will continue.

Time to catch up on some gopher reading, have a good one everyone!
