August 17th, 2011:

	Today is the first day of the rest of your life.

Well, mine anyway.  I've been poring over a few of my old blog posts from 
long-dead blogs and web pages, and it seems I've left a lot of business 
unfinished.  I've left a number of projects half-finished or half-started 
over the years, and I think it's high time I finished them... or at least 
continued them.

One of these was called "The 4P Diaries", which was a blog I started to 
document my learning to use my then-newly acquired TRS-80 Model 4P 
computer.  I've been using the machine sporadically since the Diaries 
stopped in 2006, and have learned a little more about it.  I've acquired 
more software and Hell, I've even upgraded it!  However, I still haven't 
used it to its potential.

Therefore, to christen my new Gopher presence, I will be continuing The 4P 
Diaries where I left off over five years ago!  I'll be bringing the old 
content over from my old site over the next day or so.
