October 18th, 2018:

	I jammed out on a nice ride this morning.  The weather is supposed 
to be nice today, with the afternoon temperature expected to reach 20 
degrees Celsius.  I'd planned to commute by bike today, as it's probably 
the last nice day we'll have this year - however I didn't like the 30 to 
50 KM/h headwind I'd face on the return trip...

Speaking of cycling, I've just discovered a hitherto unknown Cyclocross 
scene here in Winnipeg.  Apparently it's huge.  There's a CX event going 
on this Sunday, and I'm planning to head down to watch.  It should prove 
interesting, I might even become a regular supporter!

In other news,  I've added an RPG section to the top menu of my gopher 
hole.  It'll serve as a repository for the AD&D (first edition), BECMI 
D&D, and Car Wars stuff I've written or designed. It'll probably see a few 
updates a month.

Anyhow, it's lunchtime and my leftovers aren't going to microwave 
themselves (as history has shown)...
