May 11th, 2020: It was a markedly unremarkable afternoon this afternoon. My VP phoned in a task, which took me an hour to do with a little stretching of time. Left with nothing better to do while I waited to hear back from vendors, I decided to try out the 3-button Logitech serial mouse I'd bought for my TRS-80 Model 4P. You can read all about it in the 4P Diaries [1] if you're so inclined. This pretty much completes my TRS-80 project, hardware-wise anyway. Now I'll just have to load it up with software and tweak it a bit. Still no sign of my MSX or Amiga goodies. Both are coming from the UK, so I don't imagine they'll be quick. -- I was feeling a bit nostalgic on Saturday, so I started playing Phantasy Star II on my Sega Genesis. I've had the game since it was new, and have only been halfway through the game. I started a new game, and ended up getting further in those two days than I had in the preceding 30 years! Guess I'm a lot more patient a player these days... I'm still only a third of the way through (heading to Climatrol/death of Nei now) but I'm not going to rush it.
