My brother called today and mentioned the absurdity of people's 
medical notes. There was one chap who was having issues with his 
catheter due to being unable to resist fiddling. My brother had 
checked notes to see if this is a regular thing and found an odd entry 
which he had to read a few times over. They suggested the poor guy was 
having an episode where he saw demons and there was a statement that 
"No one believes the patient." It seemed superfluous really. Hopefully 
he can stop fiddling with the catheter and is not seeing demons any 
more. There was another person who had an infection and the notes 
stated that the urine was "more rose than shiraz coloured". It 
certainly would be worrying even with the rose coloured urine!!
