26th July 2025 - House Buying

Recently I have done something I did not expect. I put in an offer on 
a house and got approved (subject to valuation) for a mortgage. A true 
surprise! Not bad going considering I started looking in early July 
too. Waiting for the mortgage appointment was the longest part of this 
process. Well.. other than the whole next stage of waiting for 
everything to go through and exchanging keys!! That will definitely be 
the longest part.
