I've been fooling around with the pi zero, and I'm pleasantly surprised. I've got Raspbian Jessie Lite installed on an 8GB SD card (C4 speed), with xorg and fluxbox. I enjoy that I can have a distro setup the way I want it, without having to strip it down from stock... much easier to build it up from lite. Usage "feels" faster than my original Pi, though I thought the specs were about the same. Overall, a very useful piece of computer hardware for the $5.
