Got that "new" 8-bit VGA card in the mail from the Ukraine
yesterday, and got my 8088 all setup and running properly
again today. You can read about the setup a bit more in
the hardware section of this gopher site.

Now I'm wondering, how can I access SDF properly from
this thing? I haven't had much luck with ssh on the 8088,
can't seem to find a client that will actually run on
it. Telnet works, but isn't secure, and so I wouldn't
want to use it on a regular basis. I guess I'll
need to ask in bboard...
