z80 update: all of the ICs are purchased and received, just
need to pull together the small parts (resistors, diodes,
capacitors, etc) and then I can get started. It will be a
good fall/winter project.

House update: still trying to sell my house. It's been on
the market for about 3 months now I believe. Lowered the
price today. Really want to get on the road, disintegrate
from my current social setting, and explore life a bit.
