------------------------------------------------------------ Technology/Reply Rex6000, (sdf.org), 12/19/2018 ------------------------------------------------------------ Jirka recently wrote about obtaining a Rex 6000[1], and even more recently about a problem with said PDA[2]. I'm jealous of jirka's ebay finds, they're always awesome! I had a Rex6000 years ago, and I vaguely recall the memory issue jirka is describing. Honestly, I couldn't remember how to fix it, so I turned to google and archive.org[3]. Here's something about it: "The REX 6000 does not clean up its memory when you make changes. This causes the memory to fill up, even when simply modifying data. Make sure to defragment the memory periodically, either automatically during Web Sync, or manually through REX Tools." Hopefully that helps... Once you get it working properly, make sure to try out the game "lines" for the Rex6000[4]. This was my favorite game for that unit!
