I know, this is my technology phlog... but let's pretend for 
a moment that the broom is the product of some earlier, 
elemental scientific method, and is therefore an elemental 
piece of technology. You may email complaints on the matter

User inpefess wrote recently about brooms and cats, and the 
read was quite enjoyable[1]. These kinds of musings are 
always interesting to me, when they come to light. It is 
amazing the things we humans think about!
