False Starts and Sunny Weather

It's mid-April in New England, and the weather has been feeling more like 
February the past few weeks. Rain, Cold, Clouds, rinse, repeat...

I finally got to take a mini road-trip to visit family and clear my head for a 
bit. Despite navigating George Washington Bridge traffic in the pouring rain, 
a long drive was exactly what I needed to clear my head and get out of the 
day-to-day rut.

I think we've all been feeling the weight of these trying times and the 
white-noise of the constant news cycle. As it seems, Mary McFly was right when 
he referred to the future as "heavy." 

I don't really have anything profound to write today, but I also didn't want 
my phlog to go comepletely stale either. I just haven't been in the headspace 
to write much of anything.
