07-10-2026 So much has changed. Since last August, my wife has been asking me to leave. Truthfully, I don't really understand. She'd go from being the best ever, holding hands, being kind, to being just the worst, most horrible person. But, I just don't feel like thinking about it. Finally, April 14th, I said - fine, I'll go. It took some time to find a place, but by mid May, I had a one year lease. I signed a lease because I don't see any chance of reconciliation. I had really tried to "be" what she wanted, losing myself, but she not only made no efforts, she actively made it clear that she wasn't making efforts, nor was ever going to. It's a certain arrogance that comes from her French culture, her millenial age, and hormonal issues. I think the pandemic, and all the woke stuff around that time, coupled with these things, the stress of being a mom, big promotions at work, taking ozempic and becoming "hot" just completely changed her from the sweet, cute girl I married, into well...a bitch. And yeah, at times I just couldn't take it and I'd explode myself. I experienced fear, sadness, anger, frustration, peace, sadness again, happiness, and I feel I will never really reconcile or understand, but I know it was just bad for me and I am glad that I left. I supposed I am scared that she would really try to change, and I'd be tempted to return. I don't see her doing it though. She has never uttered the words, "I'm sorry". And she has never showed an ability to reflect and show any possibility that she could ever make any kind of mistake. I know it is false of her, but it shows how large her ego is and that is very difficult for many people to ever overcome.
