Happy Fall, things have been hectic at work with the start of school, but 
having town populated brings great joy, minus the traffic. I've been 
working many evenings which has been taking a toll, but it will tone down 
soon. Very happy Labor Day is here - thank you, Union!

My Gopher and HTML site seem to be functional now! They are almost copies 
of each other, and for now I plan to keep it that way. It has been really 
fun learning about SDF and Gopher the last week.

I've had three garlic bagels today. People just kept offering me food 
throughout the day perfectly timed with my hunger and it happened to 
always be garlic bagels. I do love them, but my lord!

I am hoping to have more opportunities to be social in the coming weeks, 
it was a very lonely summer. Not many young people who aren't students in 
these parts. Everyone who is young is already married, which coming from 
the West is quite a paradigm shift. Been on a few dates with one person, 
not really feeling it though.

I finished up my graduate school essays yesterday, now to wait on 
references! Very excited.
