(Fun Answers to Tomasino's Fun Questions)
       June 11, 2020

I lied in the title, these are not fun answers, but answering is fun. I'm
       only fun occasionally.

       1. Think back and try to remember the most satisfying drink of water in
your life. What's the story of that drink?

I have a notoriously bad memory and also tend not to be impacted all that
much by sensory experiences. I'd have to guess I was pretty dehydrated.
Maybe the time I passed out twice in a row at OzFest from drinking too
much vodka I snuck in in a water bottle, and not enough actual water. Or,
maybe getting heatstroke as a kid riding my bike around in the West Texas
sun. I do remember drinking some delicious cool water in my life, I do,
really, just not much else around the drinking.

       2. Have you ever personally witnessed an act off human compassion that
       brought you to tears?

No. I seem quite human to some people, but I'm still trying to access the
parts of me that could get me to this sort of place.

       3. When is the last time you fell off a bicycle?

About 5 years ago after I moved to the Bay Area, I decided to try to start
       riding a bike to get around. I hadn't rode a bike since I was 15. I walked
over to a bike shop about a mile away from my studio back then, bought a
bike. Worked myself up, and tried to ride it home, I fell over nearly
immediately. It wasn't spectacular, and I expected it. I got my balance
back pretty quickly and was able to get home without falling again.

I am so sorry for your losses Tomasino. I hope you have some brighter days
       ahead of you.
