# Work again

Today was my first day at work in 2022. It started sluggish with
reading and sorting a lot of mails (oh, and deleting quite a lot of
them). Continued with some mandatory updates and restarts and a couple
of meetings.

So the afternoons are going to be shorter again. Next week I'll be in
the office again as I am simply more productive there.

Yesterday I made some room for my office laptop on my desk and had to
move the Pi sitting there. It was not connected to the monitor as I
used it via ssh from my private laptop.

I even fired up the work laptop and my fingers found the right
password immediately. I changed the admin password in the first week
of my vacation, so I did not need to call the IT. Even the updates
went smoothly this morning. Cool. From tomorrow on I can focus on the
real tasks that need to be done.
