REPOPULATE SECTOR DIRECTORY

repop-sectors

This command repopulates the symbolic links in the user's sector directory. It
simply checks for what files you have write access to in
/usr/local/share/sectors and makes the links.

If you want to zero out the data in a sector, use the `s0` command. DON'T
delete the sector file.
