Windows 95 OSR2 Update Manual to Run Browsers

Download this archive and install the following updates
in your Windows 95 OSR2!

a) Install from directory /1/ Common Controls Library and
reboot your Windows 95 OSR2 computer.

b) Install from directory /2/ Dial-Up Networking VPN
support Update for Windows 95 OSR2. If the installation
asks for the MSDUN disk, click to Cancel button! After
reboot your Windows 95 OSR2 computer.

c) Install from directory /3/ Windows Socket 2 update
Windows 95 OSR2 and reboot your computer.

d) Install from directory /4/ Distributed Component Object
Model Update for Windows 95 OSR2 and reboot your computer.

e) Install from directory /5/ Microsoft Libraries Windows
95 OSR2 update and reboot your computer.

After installing all updates, download one of my browsers,
unzip it and get to work. The Kmeleon browser may display
buttons poorly in Windows 95. But no problems were found
in other browsers.

Thus, by following these instructions you can get full
access to TLS 1.3 sites from browsers that should not work
in Windows 95.
