A rethinking of the UAP Phenomenon part 2 Continuing to examine the topic of UAP as one of the exotic and poorly understood forms of matter organization, I would like to discuss another perspective that explains the phenomenon from my point of view. The fact is that in situations where UAP do not resemble Bose-Einstein condensates, they appear and behave similarly to plasma formations. The resemblance to such anomalous phenomena as ball lightning or Hessdalen lights demonstrates a clear correlation between them. The stability and the very possibility of prolonged observations of UAP in the atmosphere can be explained by internal work occurring within these objects. This does not contradict the second law of thermodynamics. Specifically, it can be attributed to the formation of Wigner crystals within the plasma, where charged particles and gases organize into ordered structures, thereby reducing energy dissipation. It is possible that we are dealing with an analog of catalytic cycles within plasma, as well as with stable cyclic reactions that preserve information about the shape of the field - such as self-organized quantum vortices in plasma and gases. These self-organizing objects may adapt to environmental changes, responding to external fields, and also retain information about their form in the configuration of plasma-gas crystalline lattices. Alternatively, they could involve double-layer shells of bubbles or membranes, within which micro-domains of matter self-organize - similar to or in the form of Wigner crystals. Thus, the pursuit of aircraft, ships, or reactions to observation can be explained by resonant interactions of matter. Most UAP are observed in zones of tectonic faults, thunderstorm fronts, polar auroras, military bases with radars, nuclear power plants, volcanoes - areas where plasma activity is particularly intense. Artificial electromagnetic influences - such as radars or power lines - are capable of chaotically stabilizing such nonequilibrium objects, creating an illusion of controllability and setting boundaries for their existence. Laboratory experiments with plasma traps and HAARP-like installations have demonstrated that some UAP observations are side effects of testing. It is also possible that there is a deliberate project aimed at creating the illusion of extraterrestrial presence on Earth through technological means. However, this does not negate the existence of natural analogs of such states of matter. I believe that UAP are not merely a single phenomenon but a combination of factors ranging from technological to natural. The same plasma formation can be produced by different methods - such as observing volcanic activity, for example in Mexico, or through military technologies, drones, holograms, HAARP, radars, electromagnetic or laser weapons, and so forth. They can also manifest as optical illusions, psychological effects, or mass hysteria. Therefore, it seems evident to me that there is at least a connection between UAP and geophysics. Perhaps this text may seem somewhat disorganized. However, I have attempted to clearly articulate my vision of this issue, separate from metaphysics.
