Charlie Kirk and Communism I read American conservative press and do not understand why everyone is so surprised. Another conservative activist has been killed by an American communist. Why is the entire American society in such confusion? Don't you know that communists have always killed people for their viewpoints or religion? Recall the "Red Brigades" in Italy or the German "Red Army Faction." Remember Marxist Pol Pot, North Vietnamese communists, the Bolsheviks, various religious socialists of the East, or any other dictatorship in the world. This is simply another reincarnation of Marxist communism. Modern communism has thousands of faces, but at its core, this ideology always rests on the same principle: the abolition of individual rights and freedoms in favor of abstract group rights. At any cost. That is, through mass suppression, killings, torture, and so forth. If we consider anarchism as the most extreme form of individualism, then communism is the most extreme form of collectivism and leadershipism. What I want to say is this: you cannot fight communism in the United States and pretend that another forms of communism does not exist. It does exist. And it surrounds the United States from all sides. Almost all countries allied with or opposed to the U.S. are socialists or communists. In fact, there are very few conservative governments in the world. Therefore, essentially, you are in isolation. It is quite possible that the communist underground in the U.S. and the contemporary communist dictatorships are connected more deeply than American intelligence agencies believe. The U.S. does not exist in a vacuum. After all, to organize anti-American unrest and brainwash students at universities with ideas of collective fetishism of form, resources are needed. The U.S. president meets with communists abroad. But then this same president is outraged that communists and radical leftists are destroying his country. It cannot be that one does not influence the other. You cannot meet with serial killers from other countries and pretend they are just business partners. They are no different from Charlie Kirk's killers. You cannot negotiate with these people; they cannot be convinced. They simply want to see the world in flames. Left extremism will continue further. The U.S. can expect many more such incidents - from church shootings to party office attacks. Recognizing the problem is halfway to solving it. But ignoring the causal relationships is truly bad. It's not for me to teach the White House administration how to run things. But I want to say that American conservatives do not see the obvious ideological conflict of global scale. What is happening is not just some local incidents. It is a targeted strategy to break down the institution of individual rights and freedoms - the foundation upon which modern Western civilization was built. Denying this simple and absolutely obvious truth leads American conservatives into a dead end. We are truly living now in an inverted black-and-white world, where concepts of good and evil have been swapped.
