 atp is used for browsing QWK packets downloaded from almost any modern 
BBS.  This enables you to look through thousands of messages, your email, 
write replies, etc, all while offline.  (I.E. Dos/Windows type systems 
are FINALLY providing something almost, but not quite as useful as UUCP 
and newsreaders ;) ).
