Meditation may look complex -- that is only because concepts are complex. Here, you will learn to feel, and the simplicity, and the clarity, and the power, of heart. *Meditation* Sit somewhere in a quiet place. Or music, or television noise, or people talking may be distracting. Some types of meditation can be done while listening to music -- this method is different. Sit comfortably. Sitting in a chair if okay. Sitting on the floor if okay. Try it reasonably straight, without making effort to achieve some posture. Wear loose and comfortable clothes. Make the belt loose if tight. Important! Keep breathing openly during this practice. Breathing continuously. When emotion come -- accept it coming. When in a sequence of emotion -- accept it streaming. When emotion goes -- accept it going. Keep accepting. Maintain acceptance. Accept coming, accept streaming, accept going. Always. When feeling emotion as good -- stay in(side body). When feeling emotion as neutral -- (allow it to) stay and be. When feeling emotion as bad -- stay out(side body). When fill with love -- affirm it to /let/ it in. When fill with pleasant(ness) -- declare it to /let/ it be. When fill with sting -- negate it to /let/ it out. Try during five minutes. If feeling ambitious, try fifteen minutes. Try, how it may be. \ast
