                                  Garlic Knots

       1  recipe        Curtis's Pizza Dough
     1/2  cup           extra virgin olive oil
       2  cloves        garlic, -- chopped


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Once dough has risen, separate into two
separate pieces. Set half aside for use another time. Divide remaining
dough into golf ball-sized pieces. Roll each ball into a 4 -6 inch long
piece. Loop dough into a pretzel-shaped knot. Add garlic to olive oil. Roll
knot in oil. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, until golden brown.
