      Title: MRS. LYON'S BANANA BREAD

      Yield: 8 servings
 
      1 c  Sugar
    1/4 c  Margarine
      2    Eggs
  1 1/2 c  Flour
      1 ts Soda
    1/2 ts Salt
      3    Mashed bananas or 1 cup
 
  Cream margarine and sugar, add the beaten eggs then the flour, soda and
  salt mixture, lastly add the mashed bananas and mix well. Pour into greased
  and floured loaf pan and bake 1 hour in 350 oven.
