                              Fudge Brownies

   1      c             sugar
     1/2  c             Cream of Wheat
     1/2  c             unsweetened cocoa
     1/2  c             all-purpose flour
     1/2  c             egg substitute
     1/4  c             margarine -- melted
   1      tsp           vanilla

In large bowl, mix sugar, cereal, cocoa and flour; blend in egg product,
margarine and vanilla.  Spread in greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan.  Bake
at 325  for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
almost clean.  Cool completely in pan on wire rack.  Cut into 2-inch
squares.
