                    Simply The Best Chocolate Brownies

   4      tb            Unsalted butter
     1/4  c             All purpose flour
   2      tb            Cocoa
   1      ts            Baking powder
     1/2  ts            Salt
   3      oz            Unsweetened chocolate
   2      oz            Semisweet chocolate
   3                    Eggs
   1      c             Granulated sugar
   1      ts            Pure vanilla extract
     1/4  c             Sour cream

Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. Melt butter
and chocolates in double boiler, stir until smooth. Whisk eggs,
sugar, and vanilla until thickened, mix in chocolate mixture, then
fold in sifted flour etc, then fold in sour cream.

Use uncooked in Death By Chocolate with Mocha Mousse, or bake like
regular brownies.
