                     Black Forest Brownies A La Mode

  21 1/2   oz           Brownie mix
   1       c            Cherry pie filling
     1/4   c            Oil
   2                    Egg whites -- whipped
   1       c            Semisweet chocolate chips
   2       c            Low-fat vanilla ice cream

  Preheat oven to 350 F. prepare a 13x9" pan with cooking spray and
  flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, cherry pie
  filling, oil, and egg whites. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for
  30 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips, spread
  when melted.

  To Serve:

  Top each serving with low-fat vanilla ice cream and spoonful of
  remaining cherry pie filling.
