   2      cups          zucchini -- unpeeled, grated
   2      cups          flour
   1 1/2  cups          sugar
   1      teaspoon      salt
   1 1/2  teaspoons     baking soda
   1      pinch         baking powder
     1/3  cup           cocoa
     1/2  cup           oil
   2      teaspoons     vanilla
     1/2  cup           chopped nuts -- optional

Mix ingredients together and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 35 minutes
