                               Banana Cake

   4                    eggs
   2      C.            sugar
   2      C.            self-rising flour
   1      C.            Crisco
     1/2  Lb.           sour cream
   9                    mashed bananas
   2      Tbsp.         baking soda
     1/2  C.            or 3/4 c. milk in bananas
   1      Tsp.          vanilla
   1 1/2  C.            nuts
                        Icing:
     1/4  Lb.           butter (room temperature)
   2                    mash bananas
   1      Box           powdered sugar
     1/2  C.            nuts

Mix eggs, sugar and Crisco, then sour cream, then
bananas. Mix flour, baking soda and vanilla; you can mix milk
with bananas. Put in Bundt pan; bake 1 hour at 350 degrees until
done.

For Icing:

Mix butter, bananas and powdered sugar and add nuts.
