      Title: Oreo Cookie Cake

      Yield: 10 Servings
 
      1 lb Oreos; crushed
      1 c  Margarine; melted
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
     16 oz Whipped topping
      1 c  Powdered sugar
      1 lg Box instant chocolate
           - pudding
 
  Crush cookies and set aside 1/2 cup. Mix crumbs with butter and
  press into 9x13" pan. Refrigerate 1 hour. Mix cream cheese, sugar,
  1 carton of whipped topping. Spread over cookie crust. Refrigerate
  1 hour. Prepare pudding mix. Use directions on package. Spread over
  cookie crust. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with the rest of the whipped
  topping, garnish with the rest of the cookies.
