                                Ugly Cake

   1                    Box yellow cake mix
   8      oz            Cream cheese
     1/2  c             Butter
   1      lb            Powdered sugar

Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour into well greased
(no flour) 9x13" pan.

Mix cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar together. Spoon over
cake batter. Bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes. Turn out while hot
and spread, scraping over cake.
