* Exported from MasterCook * Mound Cake Recipe By : Tiny Womack Serving Size : 16 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cakes & Frostings Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 box Devils food cake mix Filling: 1 c Milk 1 c Sugar 1/2 c Margarine 20 lg Marshmallows 12 oz Coconut Icing: 1/2 c Margarine 1 box Powdered sugar 4 tb Cocoa 8 oz Cream cheese Prepare cake mix as directed. Cool and cut into 4 layers. Filling: Bring to boil: Milk, sugar, and margarine. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows. Stir in coconut. Mix well and put between layers.
